Rita Rita Rita and thrice times Rita - I really hope someone has footage of you but if we don’t then it’s because we were all too mesmerised watching you in real life rather than through the camera lens.

It was a real pleasure to have you ladies with us last night. Thank you for your beautiful, fun and entertaining performances (both on stage and off!), and for contributing to such a great night on the whole. We would love to have you all back to dance at our FireWater show one day too!

Great to see you at the Haloween hafla on Friday. You Ashnah ladies were amazing. I absolutely loved your dances, especially the basket one - the music was so uplifting and just transported me to another world. Your performances were so effortlessly and brilliantly executed. Just goes to show how in tune the three of you are and what hard work you evidently put in.... very inspiring. I always love to watch you dance - you have such joy when you dance and I could watch you perform again and again. See you soon. Can't wait for your next performance.

Good Morning Rita, Thanks so much for gracing our event on Saturday with your beautiful expertise dancing which we all enjoyed very much. I am now excited to tell you that your participation on Saturday has happily been covered and reported today (July 31st) by the Oxford Mail on page 4. I will leave you to have a look for now and then we can have a chat. Kindest Regards,

Dear Rita - A gigantic thanks to Ashnah, Nirzari Tribe and the Oxford Drum Troupe as well for bringing real pizzazz to our Jubilee Unlocked celebrations! I really hope we can do something similar again next year and many thanks for your kind words, much appreciated!

Hiya - lovely to see you perform on Sunday at OMEDS - was a great evening. Love to watch you dance. Ashnah are such a good example of what hard work and truly working as a team in a troupe can achieve - very inspiring. Amazing to watch. Can't wait for your next performance. See you soon. Hannah x

Wow, what can I say where do I start. You were amazing and brought so much happiness and cheer to the home. I have had so much positive feed back this morning and word and spread round the home like wild fire of how good you all were and the others seem quite disappointed who didn't come down. Thought it would be a great excuse and good to get you back again. The dancing and bright colour outfits worked so well the residents here, it especially helped our residents with dementia trigging some good memories of the past. Overall it was fantastic and we cannot wait to have you all back. Glad you also enjoyed entertaining the residents here. Many thanks again.

Great to see you lovely Ashnah ladies last night - thought you were terrific, as ever! You had the whole room captivated - loved it. The music was fab too! Really upbeat and catchy. You are such a 'together' troupe- it's very inspiring. Look forward to seeing you perform again soon. x

Thank you so very very much for appearing again in my pub last night. Every time that you're here the evening becomes a special one, but last night was extraordinary. I have just come from the bar, where people are still talking about how wonderful it was to see the fusion of dance and folk music and how brillaint the girls are. Every night that you're here becomes a special one and I am honoured to welcome you.

A brilliant evening and excellent entertainment from you guys. Thank you very much. I had several people come up to me to say how impressed they were by your show. Please keep your members informed of our future ceilidhs - it would be great if you were able come along again to join in the dancing. Thanks again. Graham

My Part 2 highlights were Ashnah (actually my favourite dance of the evening), doing a steampunk come can can performance, all killer boots, bustly skirts and attitude. LOVED it – and what great facial expressions MORE MORE MORE! Full report here: http://shimmyshimmybb.wordpress.com/2011/06/05/tribal-vibe-at-hathor-and-my-new-bellydance-crush/
