What to wear to a class?

  • Comfortable stretch exercise leggings or tracksuit trousers (jeans aren't recommended)
  • Tee-shirt (close fitting is best but not necessary)
  • Flat jazz / ballet shoes or bare feet - some socks are ok but can be slippy (trainers are not recommended)
  • Water
  • A smile!!!!​
