Little Sewing Projects
Discovering a love for sewing through my dancing, I've made many costume pieces from pantaloons, skirts, choli's, headdresses and other odds ends over the years, and thought I'd include them for display on our website.
I've also been crocheting dance dolls recently too, featured on the bottom of the page.

Little Ariel - the doll was bought and only the complete costume was made by me, mostly by hand. I decorated the tribal bra with beads, crocheted the yellow belt, crocheted the black belt and added beads and a dangle, made the choli, 2 skirts, pantaloons, made the headdress and added beads, a dangle and flowers, added the bracelets, earrings, ring, made the necklace and added the zills.
I'd be happy to make one for you - message me for prices. |

Little Bonita - another project for someone, again with all the costume made by me. I crocheted the belt, studded and crocheted the bra, made 2 skirts from cotton and attached a trim to each, pantaloons, hair flowers, necklace, earrings and headdress, rings and zills. The hardest thing was putting her hair into a bun (it wanted to escape at every second).

Amigurumi - introducing the crocheted dolls I made for my students as Christmas presents. All individual, all crocheted - even the flowers. The wool is from the UK Company Toft. |

Little Kay - Amigurumi FCBD dance doll - this doll is 12 inches tall and is completely crocheted (even the beading is crocheted on) except her jewellery (which is rings for bracelets, a bracelet for a belly chain, tie pin for her hair stick and my old earrings - and I made her necklace). All clothing is removable except the headdress.
