The Caterpillar Diagonal - Kae’s Movement Dialect The Diagonal formation was born in the tight confines of a San Francisco cafe where FatChance regularly performed a long time ago. Following in the footsteps of those dancers you will learn this unique formation in a new way! Take this dynamic formation everywhere from tiny cafes to the big stage!

Bounce Back From Mistakes! No matter how good you are mistakes in front of an audience are bound to happen. Acquiring quick and efficient recovery from mistakes is one of the most important skills an ATS® dancer should have. Learn vital techniques through various drills and exercises and you will stay cool and confident when 's'... happens!

ATS® Solo Step out of the formations and explore the excitement of ATS® solo performance! During this workshop you will experience the creative process with plenty of tools and tips that help create your own ATS® solo performance. Map it, drill it and perform it!
Hips Don’t Lie! Take your moves to the next level. Bring out the full beauty, and strength of each step. Learn Kae’s pro tips to make your dance explode with energy and command attention on stage. We will examine where positive energy comes form and how to translate it into the bounciest tassels, biggest smiles and vigorous hip movements. You will sweat and burn while you absorb important skills to make your hips move peppier and bolder! It’s not only about working harder, its about working smarter!
2pm - 4pm
Fake It Till You Make It Let’s step out of the classroom and get onto the stage! Learn the fine art of crafting an ATS® performance set. You will be challenged with a set of music and performance situations based on real life (a small party, a big outdoor festival, etc.) We will form small groups, discuss and drill through the songs in the set, choose who is dancing to which song, rehearse again, critique the progress and then present our virtual show.
