What to wear to a class?
- Comfortable stretch exercise leggings or tracksuit trousers (jeans aren't recommended)
- Tee-shirt (close fitting is best but not necessary)
- Flat jazz / ballet shoes or bare feet - some socks are ok but can be slippy (trainers are not recommended)
- Water
- A smile!!!!
